■ コース設定の背景

ムーア・メソッドは、既存のコース（例えば、ベルリッツ・ビジネス・コミュニケーションスクールなど）と呼応しつつ、リーダー志望者各人の個性を引き出すよう、個別指導や、グループワークを行います。さらに、各人が自身の「リーダーシップ・ビジョン」を見出し、確立するのを助けます。
Working in concert with a structured course (such as Berlitz Business Communications School), the Moore Method draws on the inner character of each aspiring leader to enhance the individual's one-on-one and group interactions, while helping to identify and realize a personal vision of leadership.

第1回 認知 ／ Session 1: Awareness

Step 1: 自分自身について知る Self-awareness
映画を見たり、ディスカッションすることを通じて、自分自身の興味あるテーマを見つける。
Use of films (viewing and discussion) to identify themes of individual interests.

Step 2: 交渉術 Negotiation Skills
説得力を強化するような場面を設定し、訓練する。異文化への気づき、ボディー・ランゲージ、ロールプレイなどを通じ、説得術を身につける
Setting the scene for becoming more persuasive. Cross-cultural awareness, body language and role play.

Step 3: プレゼンテーション:自信をつける Presentations: Confidence
プレゼンの場を自分のステージとして支配しつつ、シンプルかつ効果的なプレゼンテーションを構築し、明確に伝えることを学ぶ。
Learning to communicate clearly, structuring simple but effective presentations, with emphasis on developing theatric ‘ownership’ of the room.

第2回 情熱 ／ Session 2: Passion

Step 1: 理想の世界 A World of Ideals
素晴らしいスピーチのスタイル、メッセージ、効果などを比較対照して学ぶ。演説者のパッションについて注目する
Study great speeches to compare and contrast styles, messages, and effectiveness.
Focus on the passion within the speakers.

Step 2: １＋１を３にするようなアイディアをうみだす方法 Uncovering ideas(1 + 1 = 3)
問題解決のロールプレイ手法を使い、エキサイティングなアイディアをグループで生み出す方法を学ぶ
Learning how to generate exciting ideas as a group, using role-playing to solve problems.

Step 3: 言葉以外のコミュニケーション方法 Non-Verbal Communication
ダンスを通じて自分を表現する方法を学ぶ。自信のつけかたを学ぶ
Learning how to express oneself through dance. Key confidence builder.

第3回 語り手となる ／ Session 3: Story Teller

Step 1: 聴衆を魅了する Engaging Your Listeners
ストーリーを語ることの重要性と、口頭のコミュニケーションが果たす文化的役割を考える。その後実践的ワークショップを行う。
The importance of storytelling and the cultural role of oral communications will be explored, followed by practical workshops.

Step 2: 歌を通じて語る Tell It through Song
歌で表現することを学ぶ Learn expression through song.

Step 3: プレゼンテーション：技術 Presentations: Craft
実際の聴衆の前でチーム・プレゼンを行い、技術を身につける。ビデオ使用。
Team presentation to real audience, adding technical skills. Use of video.

第4回 ネットワーカー ／ Session 4: Networker

Step 1: バーチャルな世界へ Going Virtual
SNSや仮想世界についてのイントロダクション。ウェブ構築方法なども含む
Intro to SNS and Virtual World. Includes web-building instruction.

Step 2: テレビ会議 Videoconferencing
テレビ会議を成功させるための手法・技術を学ぶ
Protocols and techniques for conducting successful videoconferences.

Step 3: コーチング Coaching(Train the Trainer)
学ぶ方法を教える方法を学ぶ
Learning how to pass on learning.

Step 4: 指導する Mentoring
ステップ3を受講したグループに、役割を逆にしながら、コーチングおよび指導を行ってみる
Coach and mentor groups undergoing Step 3, reversing roles.

第5回 マスタークラスの中から1つを選びます ／ Session 5: Choose One Masterclass

Master Class 1: オンライン・プレゼンテーション Online Presentations
オンラインでのプレゼンテーションスキルを磨く
Adapt presentation skills to the online environment.

Master Class 2: 情熱を持てる対象を見つけ、それを表現する Pick a Passion and Demonstrate It
写真や音声を使い、ウェブサイト上で、ある特定の事柄についての情熱を表現する
Explain a passion on a micro- website, using photographs and audio.

Master Class 3: 売り込む技 Bring a Cause to Life
ある事柄を売り込むウェブサイトを作成する。ビデオ編集も行う
Create a micro-website that seeks to market a cause. Includes video editing.

Master Class 4: グループディスカッション Group Discussion
マスタークラスの3,4で他のグループが行ったプロジェクトについて、自由にディスカッションを行い、批評する
Open discussion and critique of projects from other groups in Master Classes 3 & 4.

Master Class 5: 国連から指定されたある国際的な主張、理念を促進するという、「現実の」取り組みを行う。
Capstone Project Working with United Nations University – TBD（国連大学との、応用実践プロジェクト– 詳細未定）
‘Real world’ assignments from the UN to advance a selected, international cause.
